Voter ID

I'm a poor man.  I have very little money.  Yet I have an ID.

I've used it to set up bank accounts.  If I drank alcohol or smoked, I'd use it to buy those.

There's a CVS pharmacy near where I live and one time, I bought one of those energy drinks.  I had to show my ID to buy it.

It takes no effort to use the very same ID used for those activities and use it for voting.

What's more, it's not a bad thing for me to be required to vote only once.

It's also not a bad thing for me to prove I am who I say I am.

If I were to vote more than once & didn't need to prove my identity, that makes it easier for anyone to vote.

"Anyone" is thus defined as: either from this country or not from this country.  Anyone who is a citizen or who is not a citizen.

That's not voting.  That's something else entirely.

(I may decide to update this blog entry sometime, not sure yet)
